Albert Brown, president/CEO of Noisiv Agency, has spent over a decade addressing issues impacting at risk communities by providing innovative solutions to social problems. His experience leading state, county and local initiatives provides insight on engaging diverse communities and coordinating services. 

He has been invited to speak at local, state and national conferences on his proven strategies for exponentially increasing program participation of men. His father engagement work has been featured in local and national publications. 

As a husband and father of two, he understands the significance of fatherhood and the challenges men face in this role. He is passionate about helping families and communities flourish.
