In an article published in March, USA Today reports a large number of teachers are leaving the profession due to stress partially linked to student behavior in the classroom. In a post COVID era, many educators feel students have returned to campus with higher social emotional deficits and/or emotional trauma. Albert Brown has over a decade of experience motivating and engaging students. His experience includes serving two of the largest districts in Texas by providing guidance to district staff on student engagement best practices to improve campus climate and culture. In his most recent role, he witnessed the team he led be able to engage multiple students with the most challenging behaviors on campus in one room…all day… without classroom disruption incident.
